We could take this space to tell you all the essential information about cilantro, such as the regions that produce it, which cultures most value its flavors and other qualities, etc. But in light of recent discoveries, we'd like to share something else.
People either love or hate cilantro. For instance, the author of this page loves it in tacos and other Mexican dishes. There are people, however, who so passionately dislike cilantro that they have devoted themselves to expressing anti-cilantro sentiments. There are Cilantro Hate websites to prove it. Cilantro haters bemoan the taste and smell. Others can't understand what the big problem is.
